Delivery

We currently deliver orders only within Romania.
You can choose from the following delivery methods:

• Pick up from the store – free of charge
• Cargus Ship&Go – 20 lei
• Cargus home delivery – 15 lei
• Sameday courier delivery – 25 lei
• Pick up from Sameday Point / EasyBox – 19 lei

Orders with a total value of over 700 lei benefit from free delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on the selected delivery method, product availability, and delivery location.
You will receive an SMS or email notification from the courier company on the day of delivery.

Payment

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery
• Cash in store (for in-store pickup)
• Secure online payment via:
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Visa
  • Mastercard

Online payments are securely processed through Stripe, in compliance with international security standards (SSL and PCI DSS).

Return Policy

In accordance with Romanian consumer protection law (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or through the contact form on our website.
Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all related documents (invoice, warranty certificate, if applicable).

The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned product.
